I’ve always wanted to have a career that involved working with people. My dreams included being a teacher, lawyer, even a politician, before I decided on becoming a journalist. That’s exactly what I did for four years after graduating from college. I worked in Harrisonburg, VA as a reporter for two years before moving to Waco to work for KWTX as the morning reporter.
While I loved working in TV, I was looking for my next opportunity as I moved to Dallas. From the first moment I met Russell, I knew this firm, especially their focus on truly getting to know the people they work with, would be a perfect fit.
Here at The Button Law Firm, I work with our team to handle all marketing, from social media to article writing to public relations. Our team spends time researching and writing about important matters to help provide valuable information to our community, whether they’re seeking answers after a daycare injury or wanting to know more about what to do after a truck accident.
A little more about me: I was born and raised in Central Virginia, outside Richmond. I’m the oldest of four children, and I grew up spending a lot of time with them. Some of my favorite memories are our “family adventures” which involved exploring new places along the East Coast every summer.
I graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Media Studies and Foreign Affairs. My boyfriend and I moved to Texas for my job in 2020 and we haven’t looked back! In my spare time, I love to read, explore restaurants and things to do around Dallas, and spend time with family.
