I’m a lifelong Dallasite, having grown up in the DFW area. I graduated from Trinity High School and then attended Tarrant County Community College. From an early age, I knew I wanted to work in the legal field in some capacity.
Oddly enough, my discovery and sharpening of my greatest talent was made as a bartender. While I was a bartender, I fell in love with the social component of always being there to lend an ear to people who needed or wanted to share whatever was on their mind. I soon realized that I have a knack for communication and working with other people, as they shared their life story with me. I often felt like my role morphed from bartender to friend, even to counselor at times. As much as I enjoyed bartending, I knew it was not the perfect fit for me.
I knew from the moment I began my career in working in the legal field and personal injury that I had found my calling. I haven’t looked back since. Fortunately, my path in life led me to a position as a team member at the Button Law Firm. When I say there are no words, there are seriously no words for the amount of respect and gratitude I have for Russell Button and the firm. My time here has quickly developed into a rewarding career helping others.
Just like Russell and the BLF team went above and beyond to make me comfortable in my new role at the firm, I see the Button Law Firm team go above and beyond for our clients every day. That’s how we differentiate ourselves from the other firms out there: we listen and we care. We live and breathe this stuff. It’s what we love to do, and the results show that. I take my role as an intake specialist seriously and when you contact the Button Law Firm, I am eager to hear why you’re contacting us and see what we can do to help. I have finally found the perfect way to utilize my talent in communicating and listening to others.
When I’m not in the office, I love spending my free time with family and friends. Oh, and of course my dogs Peanut and Hope, both of whom I rescued from Pollo Rescue.
