What Caused This Texas Car Accident?
Around 5:00 am on April 16, 2015, a drunk driver that had been drinking all night and morning was driving a little bit outside of Houston on Highway 288. The drunk driver was weaving in and out of the lanes. Ultimately, he slammed into a guardrail and destroyed about 25 feet of guardrail. The guardrail flew into the main lanes of the highway, which our client hit causing significant injuries to him and his car. Luckily, he wasn’t killed and was able to recover through the excellent medical treatment in Houston.
Our Auto Accident Lawyers Were Determined to Help
Because of our focus on drunk driving cases, we were brought into the case as soon as it was filed by Johnny Garza at the Houston firm Adame Garza, which we work with frequently. They are one of the best law firms I have ever worked with. As soon as the defense saw our lawsuit, they paid the policy limits. Our client was able to get the medical treatment he needed to get back to normal and we were able to hold a drunk driver fully accountable for the consequences of his choices. Every 20 minutes, someone is injured or killed in a crash involving alcohol in Texas. That is far too many innocent lives ruined and families impacted. This is why we specifically focus on cases where hard-working, good folks have been injured or killed by drunk drivers.
