Celebrating One Year at The Button Law Firm

A year ago, on April 3, 2023, Eurika Webster stepped through the doors of The Button Law Firm (BLF), embarking on a journey far different from any she had experienced. At BLF, she found a perfect intersection of her two decades of teaching experience with legal advocacy for children and beginning a journey she says is the most fulfilling of her career.

Reflecting on One Year of Making a Difference

Eurika’s work anniversary is not just a milestone — it’s a celebration of passion, growth, and the relentless pursuit of justice for community members who have been wronged due to another person’s negligence. Reflecting on her first year, Eurika recalls the initial months filled with a blend of excitement and nervousness. “Rocking and rolling every day,” she describes her early days, worried about everything she didn’t quite know yet but excited about the opportunity to make an impact on the lives of our community members.

Despite Eurika’s concerns, our team was always there for her to help her learn and grow. The unwavering support from her team quickly transformed her apprehension into confidence. Eurika’s work at BLF resonated deeply with her past as an educator. Witnessing children and their families seek justice after an injury, like an injury at daycare or a car accident involving a child, hit close to home, intensifying her dedication. The stark realization of the frequency and severity of daycare injuries and child injuries was eye-opening. Yet, it inspired her work with a newfound fulfillment, driving her to excel in her role each day. Throughout the year, Eurika has not only honed her skills but has also become a beacon of hope and a source of invaluable knowledge for distressed parents navigating the complex world of childcare.

What Eurika’s Looking Forward to In the Future

Now, she looks forward to everything the upcoming year has to offer! When it comes to personal projects, Eurika has embarked on writing a memoir inspired by her own experiences. Though finding the time and energy for writing after work and on weekends can be challenging, she views the upcoming summer as an opportunity to dive deeper into her personal project. We are thrilled to celebrate Eurika’s first work anniversary and are incredibly grateful to have her on our team. With her passionate advocacy and unwavering support for those in need, Eurika is integral to BLF and all those who know her.
