Picture of the BLF Client WallAs you walk through The Button Law Firm’s office, you’ll notice something that stands out — a wall lined with framed photos of our team alongside the clients we’ve had the honor of helping over the years. It’s called the Client Wall, and it’s one of the most meaningful parts of our space.

Each photo represents more than just a case. It tells a story — a story of trust, perseverance, and a shared journey toward justice.

A Tradition Built on Values

The tradition began about five years into The Button Law Firm’s journey. Russell had a simple but powerful idea: What if we captured moments with the clients we’ve helped and displayed them in our office as a tribute to the people behind the cases?

“Each photo is a story,” Russell says. “It’s a reminder of the trust our clients put in us and the responsibility we have to fight for them. We started it to reflect on the lives we were helping, and it quickly became one of our favorite traditions.”

This wall is about more than just outcomes — it’s about connection. Our core values at BLF — making a difference, family and team, and believing in better — are reflected in every frame. These values remind us why we do what we do: to support families, protect our communities, and keep raising the bar for what it means to seek justice.

A Growing Wall with a Growing Impact

Since that first photo was placed on the wall, our firm has grown, and so has the number of stories we’ve had the privilege of being part of. With over a decade of helping families across Texas and beyond, the Client Wall has become a living timeline of the people who have shaped us — and who we’ve had the honor of standing beside.

Each framed image marks a meaningful moment — a face-to-face meeting, a tough conversation, a long-awaited resolution. Behind every photo is a client who entrusted us with something deeply personal, and we never take that lightly.

“There’s nothing more powerful than walking by a wall full of people we’ve helped and knowing we made a difference in their lives,” Russell says. “What started as a small gesture has become part of our identity and keeps us motivated and grateful every day.”

A Way to Say Thank You

This tradition has meant so much to us internally, but it’s also become a way for us to give something back to our clients. That’s why we now send each client a framed copy of their photo — a keepsake to remember the journey we took together.

It’s a simple gesture with a big heart behind it. It says: We see you. We’re proud of what we accomplished together. And we won’t forget it.

Many clients have told us how much they appreciate the photo — some have even shared where it hangs in their home. For us, that’s what it’s all about: staying connected and honoring the relationship long after the case is closed.

More Than Just Legal Work

As BLF continues to grow, so will the Client Wall. But this wall isn’t about us — it’s about the incredible people in those frames.

These aren’t just snapshots. They’re reminders that what we do matters. That practicing law is about more than paperwork or courtrooms — it’s about people, relationships, and standing by someone during one of the hardest moments of their life.

The Client Wall keeps us grounded. It reminds us of the trust we’re given and the impact we can make, one family at a time.

We’re proud of every photo on that wall — and even prouder of the people in them.

Here’s to the next photo, the next chapter, and the continued privilege of making a difference.
