What is a Contingency Fee?
A contingency fee is paid to the legal team at the end of the case – that fee is collected after the case has been resolved. A contingency fee is typically a percentage of the settlement or amount won when a case has closed.
Will I Have to Pay if My Case Does Not Resolve?
If your case doesn’t resolve, you will not have to pay anything to our legal team. We only get paid if your case resolves or is won.
Is There a Fee for Initial Consultations?
Initial consultations with our team are completely free. We want to ensure that all community members, whether they have a case or not, get the help they need to move forward from difficult situations. That may include setting you up with an attorney who better fits your needs or giving you information on your options.

If you hire us for our services, a contract must be signed. There is no initial cost that comes with signing the contract.
