As Thanksgiving approaches, we have been reflecting on everything that has shaped this past year at The Button Law Firm. When we look back on the cases we fought, the families we supported, and the challenges we worked through together, one truth rises above everything else.
We are grateful for the people who believe in us.
From the very beginning, this firm has been built on trust. Families call us when something goes wrong and they need answers. Friends reach out when someone they care about needs guidance. People who worked with us in the past continue to send others our way because they know we will take care of them. Whether the issue is a daycare injury, a serious accident, or something outside our practice areas, our community continues to choose us as a starting point.
That trust means more than words can ever express. When someone recommends The Button Law Firm, it is not just the sharing of a name. It is a statement of confidence. It is someone saying, “These are the people who will help you.” We carry that responsibility with us every day. When a call comes from our community, we go all in because we know it represents a belief in who we are and what we stand for.
Serving with Purpose, Inside and Outside the Courtroom
This year has also reminded us how deeply our team cares about serving others far beyond the cases we handle. Russell volunteered with Tango Charities’ Feed the City event. Our team led a back-to-school supply drive supporting Community Partners of Dallas. These were not just projects or events. They were reflections of our team’s heart for helping people.
And even with all we did this year, we are already planning for how we can do more in the years ahead. Service is not an obligation for us. It is part of our purpose. It is woven into the long-term vision of this firm and the work we will continue doing for the families and communities we care about.
Gratitude for Our Team and Those Who Support Them
We are also incredibly grateful for our team at The Button Law Firm. They show up every day with commitment, compassion, and grit. They walk alongside families during some of the hardest moments in their lives, and they do it with empathy and determination. Watching how much heart they put into their work makes us proud and humbled.
And behind each of us, there is someone at home who makes this dedication possible. The people who support us, encourage us, and stand with us in the background play a real part in everything we do. Their strength and love help support the work of this firm in ways most people never see, but we feel it daily.
Looking Ahead With Gratitude
As we move into the holiday season, what stands out most is the sense of connection we feel with the people around us. This year reminded us how important it is to serve with purpose, stay rooted in our community, and continue building something meaningful together.
