Since joining us in January, Carmen has become an essential part of our mission to support families across Texas. With a strong background in marketing and a passion for communication, she brings the perfect mix of strategy and heart to her role.
Building Connections Through Marketing
For Carmen, marketing has always been about more than numbers or tactics. It is about creating real connections. “Making a positive impact through my work has always been my driving force.” That passion is what drew her to The Button Law Firm after discovering how deeply the team cares about the community.
After an inspiring conversation with our COO, Elizabeth, Carmen knew she had found the right place. “The passion behind the team was undeniable. I knew this was where I wanted to grow, contribute, and make a difference.”
A Unique Background That Aligns with Our Mission
Carmen brings a solid educational background to the team, having earned her degree in Marketing with a minor in American Sign Language from Oklahoma State University. Her experience and love for community engagement align with the values we uphold at BLF.
As Marketing Coordinator, Carmen works closely with Margo to strengthen the firm’s outreach efforts. Whether she is creating content, managing email campaigns, or analyzing data, she plays a key role in ensuring our message reaches the families who need it most.
Creativity and Innovation in Every Workday
Her days are filled with collaboration and creativity. One of her favorite aspects of the role is the constant innovation. No two days look the same, and the entire team is always working to find new ways to better serve our clients and community.
Giving Back to the Dallas Community
Though she spent time studying and traveling across Great Britain and Europe, Carmen is a Dallas native. Her love for her hometown runs deep, and being able to give back through her work makes the role even more meaningful.
Life Outside the Office
When she is not diving into content calendars or marketing metrics, Carmen enjoys staying active and spending time with the people and pets she loves. She can often be found at the gym, curled up with a book, or enjoying a board game night with her fiancé. At home, her playful kitten, Charlie, and her sweet puppy, Remi, help keep things fun.
