The facility’s failures ranged from not waiting for completed background check results before allowing caregivers unsupervised contact with children to not completing required training to using inappropriate punishment methods on children.

The daycare’s pattern of neglect led to the repeated bites and injuries sustained by the little boy in this case. In addition to his physical injuries, the boy suffered psychologically.
