ST. LOUIS, MO – The Texas-based legal team at The Button Law Firm has joined the lawsuit against Kidz Biz Preparatory School. The lawsuit was filed by Finney Injury Law on August 8th, after the family’s 18-month-old son was severely burned by an unsecured bottle warmer.
What Happened at This St. Louis Daycare?
The lawsuit claims that the workers at the daycare left the toddler unsupervised around a bottle warmer. The bottle warmer’s cord was hanging within reach of the young children; that’s when the toddler pulled it, causing scalding hot water to spill all over him, which resulted in serious burns to his arm.
