What Happened Inside The Learning Experience-Castle Hills?

On May 28, 2024, rainwater leaked into the daycare near the playground door, creating a puddle in a high-traffic area. According to the article, the center's staff was aware of the water but did nothing to clean it up, block the area off, or warn others.

As detailed in the KTLA5 report, the couple’s 2-year-old daughter slipped and fell face-first onto the floor, chipping one of her front teeth and causing severe bleeding. The blood soaked through her dress and continued for hours.

Despite several caregivers expressing concern, daycare staff chose not to call 911. Even worse, they discouraged the child’s mother from coming to pick her up and insisted that her daughter was “doing fine” and only needed an ice pack.

In reality, the child’s injuries were far from minor. One front tooth had to be surgically extracted, and the other was permanently discolored.
