A great legal team can make a world of difference for someone who has been injured. That’s why I set out to become a personal injury attorney – to help those who have been wronged get help and learn how to move forward after a life-changing event.
I was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. After graduating from Grapevine High School, I went on to Southern Methodist University to earn my bachelor’s degree in political science. I then headed to Norman, Oklahoma, where I completed my law degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
When I started my career, I worked as an attorney in debt collection until I found my passion for personal injury law. I realized how much I was able to help so many people after they had suffered such devastating losses. I was immediately drawn to helping clients at The Button Law Firm since my two children have been in daycares since they were each 9 months old. Making sure our clients know that I understand how hard it is to trust in someone else looking after your child every day is very important to me.
When I’m not at the office, I love spending time with my friends and family, including my husband, and my two daughters, who are both in elementary school and are fluent in Spanish. In recent years, I’ve become a dance mom, which I wasn’t expecting but am loving! When the weather is nice, we love going to Lake Lewisville, usually boating, and spending the day out on the water.
At home, our family has recently welcomed two new pets: Mila and Maven. They’re two wonderful Bengal cats that we’re so excited are a part of our family.
